SCENE: Police on Seabreeze Avenue after the shooting
GWENT Police confirmed the man who had been in Royal Gwent Hospital since the shooting on Seabreeze Avenue, Newport in August 8th has left hospital.
They said he is no longer being cared for at that hospital but continues to receive treatment elsewhere.
A spokesman for Gwent Police said they will speak to the 49-year-old man "as soon as his health permits.”
