THE 32-year-old Bargoed man arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following yesterday's fatal M4 crash has been released on police bail pending further enquiries.
The 77-year-old woman from the Devon area who was driving the car died following the accident at J25 near Caerleon on Wednesday night.
Anyone with information is asked to call 101 and quote log number 543 2/10/13.
