The lane on the M4 in Newport closed due to a broken down vehicle has re-opened.

ONE lane is closed on the M4 in Newport this afternoon due to a broken down vehicle on the eastbound side between J28 at Tredegar Park and J27 at Highcross.
Drivers are advised to approach with care as there is no hard shoulder along this stretch of motorway.
