A MAN received precautionary checks by ambulance staff after an accidental car fire inside a garage on Walter Street, Tredegar, on Saturday evening.
The ambulance attended and the fire was out by the time Ebbw Vale and Tredegar fire fighters arrived at 6.31pm, said a spokeswoman for South Wales Fire and Rescue Service.
They left the scene at 6.49pm.
