Delays on M4 due to broken down vehicle
Queueing traffic due to earlier broken down vehicle on M4 Eastbound between J28 A48 / A467 Forge Road (Tredegar Park) and J27 B4591 (Highcross), congestion on M4 to J29 A48(M).
Approach with care.
All lanes have been re-opened.
Lane one (Of three) was closed by a broken down lorry.
The vehicle has now been recovered but cameras show traffic is still queueing.
