DIED: Frank Ewen Bremner, 59 from the Pontnewydd area of Cwmbran, died after the crash on the A40 near Raglan
The collision happened last Thursday morning, November 7th at around 11am and involved a Volvo articulated lorry which left the road near the old Raglan services. A 59-year-old man, Frank Bremner, died as a result of the collision.
Officers are appealing to witnesses who were in the area at the time of the collision and who may well have been travelling from outside of the Gwent Force area, in particular a red articulated lorry and a silver vehicle. Both vehicles were travelling Westbound in the general direction of Newport at the time of the incident.
Police are appealing for those drivers to come forward. Anyone who witnessed the collision is asked to call 101 quoting log 138 07/11/13.
