Firecrew tackle blaze at Caerleon pub
FIREFIGHTERS have been called to a fire at the White Hart pub in Caerleon this afternoon.
A spokesman from South Wales Fire and Rescue said the fire was in the attic space of the two storey property and the fire was out by 1.49pm.
Three appliances attended – from Malpas, Duffryn and Cwmbran and all people in the building were accounted for and checks are currently being carried out.
Police were also in attendance and ambulance were called as a precaution.
