LORD Neil Kinnock officially opened the Cwmbran Centre for Young People’s new training suite.
The new facilities will enable the centre to deliver a range of accredited and vocational training to complement the range of services that they currently offer to young people.
There was an opening ceremony yesterday undertaken by former Islwyn MP and Labour leader Lord Kinnock.
The centre remained open to guests to view the full range of work carried out including the Randomz Skills Enterprise and Education Academy for Young People.
The official launch of activities will take place on December 11 at 7pm at the centre.
Cwmbran Centre for Young People’s first Ambassador and Cwmbran’s Welsh International football player, Danny Gabbidon, will be among the guests.
During the launch there will be a selection of displays and musical items from the Arts Council and Reach the Heights projects on display.
