Long delays after Newport M4 crash
VERY slow traffic is reported due to an accident, now on the hard shoulder onthe M4 westbound between J29 A48(M) and J30.
All lanes have been re-opened. Lanes two and three were initially closed whilst the lorry involved was dealt with.
All restrictions lifted at 08:35.
