Oil spillage closes SDR

THE SDR is closed on Newport this morning due to an oil spillage and large piece of metal in the road.
The incident happened between Beatty Road (Beatty Road Roundabout) and Cot Hill.
Police have temporarily closed the road, to remove the debris from the carriageway.
