Car breakdown closes A449 lane near Newport

The closed lane on the A449 has re-opened.

ONE lane is closed on the A449 between Newport and Usk this morning due to broken down car.
The incident is on the northbound side between J24 with the M4 at the Coldra and the Usk Interchange.
