Man in court on murder conspiracy charge
A 22-year-old Newport man appeared in court this morning charged with conspiracy to commit murder following a shooting on Chepstow Road in Newport on 3rd September last year.
He appeared at Newport Magistrates Court.
A 46-year-old man arrested on suspicion of conspiracy to commit murder remains on police bail.
A 22-year-old arrested on suspicion of attempted murder has been released no further action.
