Stop-start traffic for seven miles on M4 in Newport
Stop-start traffic is reported for seven miles on the M4 westbound between J23 at Magor and J25A at Newport, heading towards the Brynglas Tunnels.
The delays are due to the combination of Friday afternoon traffic, plus this evening's Six Nations rugby match at the Millennium Stadium between Wales and France, which kicks off at 8pm.
