A VENTILATION company has shut with the loss of 20 jobs after a potential buyer backed out of a rescue deal.
MR Ventilation (SW) Ltd in Avondale Way, Cwmbran, had gone into administration on February 17.
Rob Dymond and Gemma Roberts, of insolvency practitioners Wilson Field, were appointed joint administrators.
Mr Dymond said: “The company, which traded on Avondale Business Park in Pontrhydyrun in Cwmbran, specialised in ventilators and ventilation systems and employed 20 staff.
"After a prospective buyer pulled out, we were forced to close the company and make all the staff redundant."
