FOUR Newport men accused of conspiracy to murder in an alleged drive-by shooting appeared via videolink at Cardiff Crown Court today.
Brogan Hooper, 20, Lewis Bridge, 22, Ryan Battersby, 24 and Gary Rabjohns, 25, are each accused of conspiring with others to murder Shanice Francis, Michael Wall and John Phillips as well as conspiring with others to cause GBH to the same people during an alleged shooting on Chepstow Road in Newport on September 3 last year.
Hooper, of Feering Street, Bridge, of Nash Drive, Battersby, of no fixed abode and Rabjohns of HMP Parc were remanded in custody and will appear in court again on March 18.
