AN EXHIBITION inspired by international art has gone on show at the Riverfront Theatre in Newport.
Pupils at five primary schools in Newport joined forces to create the new show, which features around 150 works.
The exhibition was also partly inspired by the works of Welsh artists.
Danielle Rowlands, Riverfront education and participation officer, said: “They were looking at international art. This came off the back of community art celebrations and continuing that on in a schools’ celebration of international art.”
The Schools Exhibition features works from Pillgwennlly Primary, Duffryn Junior, Millbrook Junior, Always Primary and Somerton Primary.
The show is to be on display at the theatre in Kingsway until March 22.
