THREE Newport men accused of conspiracy to murder in an alleged drive-by shooting appeared before Cardiff Crown Court yesterday.
Brogan Hooper, 20, Lewis Bridge, 23, Ryan Battersby, 24 are each charged with three counts of conspiracy murder and three counts of conspiracy to inflict grievous bodily harm against Shanice Francis, Michael Wall and John Phillips, during an alleged shooting on Chepstow Road in Newport on September 3 last year.
No pleas were entered by any of the accused and all were remanded in custody.
Hooper, of Feering Street, Bridge, of Nash Drive and Battersby, of no fixed abode, will return for trial at Cardiff Crown court on April 30.
