If you had to be stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why?

Richard & Judy. Then I could tell them all of the reasons why they should choose my book as the winner!

What is your biggest fear?

Flying. But my love for travelling is greater than my fear so I try to grin and bear it as much as possible.

Do you have any superstitions?

I used to have lots of superstitions when watching Ebbw Vale play rugby. Lucky songs, lucky clothes and I even had a lucky spot to stand on when watching games!

If you could have one song on your iPod, what would it be and why?

Good Riddance (Time of your Life) by Green Day.

What's the most expensive thing you've bought not including your property?

Holidays. Whenever I am not in work, I'm on a plane flying to somewhere new. I've got 56 countries left to visit!

What is the best piece of advice you've been given?

It's nice to be important, but it's more important to be nice.

What's your indulgence?

Chocolate, chocolate cake, hot chocolate. In fact, anything chocolate related.

What item could you not live without?

My laptop as I am always using it to write stories.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

I would stop being such a worrier. Sometimes I even worry about worrying!

Where are you next going on holiday?

Mexico in April with my partner to celebrate turning 30.
