POLICE are appealing for information after a man indecently exposed himself to a girl who is under 16 years of age in Oakdale last week.
The girl was walking along Brynhoward Terrace, Oakdale toward Croespenmaen at around 3.20pm on Wednesday 19th March when a man pulled up beside her in a silver 4-door hatchback vehicle (07 plate) and asked for directions. When the girl responded he exposed himself and then drove off. The girl was unharmed.
The man is white, of medium build and aged between 20 and 25. He had mousey brown hair with a swept fringe. He was wearing a light blue round neck t-shirt and stonewashed jeans. He spoke with a local accent.
Residents are asked to stay vigilant, and to report any information they may have relating to the incident to 101 quoting log 381 19/03/14.
