PEOPLE who have recently had complaints handled by the NHS in Wales are asked to give confidential feedback on the experience to a team reviewing the system.
Keith Evans, former head of Panasonic UK and Ireland said he wants to hear from those who submitted a complaint about how they felt it was handled.
“I’m keen to understand what can be improved but also what worked well and the reasons for this,” he said.
The 12-week review is supported by Dr Andrew Goodall, chief executive of Aneurin Bevan University Health Board. It will examine the existing complaints process to determine what works well and what needs to improve.
Send confidential comments to puttingthingsrightreview@wales.nhs.uk or to Keith Evans, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board, St Cadoc’s Hospital, Lodge Road, Caerleon, Newport, NP18 3XQ before April 21.
