M4 QUEUES: Delays are reported after a crash on the M4 in Newport
ONE lane is closed and queueing traffic reported due to a crash on the M4 in Newport.
A car has left the carriageway and gone down into a ditch on the westbound stretch between J26 at Malpas and J27 at Highcross. Congestion is reported to be stretching back to J25 at Caerleon.
