If you had to be stuck in a lift with someone, who would it be and why?

This is a really hard question, there's so many interesting people in the world. I'd have to say Laura Trott, the British Olympic cyclist. Apart from being really good-looking she has a really bubbly and funny personality, plus she's a cyclist.

What is your biggest fear?

Water, Im scared of drowning and I cannot swim. I'd like to start learning as it's a really useful skill to have.

Do you have any superstitions?

Probably the only one I have is not to walk under ladders. I always go out of my way to avoid them.

If you could have one song on your iPod, what would it be and why?

I have so many but probably Kings of Leon -Use somebody

What's the most expensive thing you've bought not including your property?

Possibly my return flight to Australia a few years ago. I think it cost just over £1,000 and it was worth every penny too, I had an amazing two years down there. I would recommend going there to anyone.

What is the best piece of advice you've been given?

Always be yourself, never try to be someone your not as your true personality will always show eventually.

What's your indulgence?

I love Greggs sausage rolls, every time I walk past their shop I end up going inside to buy not just one, but three or four.

What item could you not live without?

My bicycle. I've always had a bike and its a really cheap and enjoyable form of exercise. In some cases you can get from A to B quicker than by walking or by car.

If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be and why?

Possibly my weight, as much as I try I cannot put on weight. I eat what I want and when I want, but it goes nowhere. Some people may envy me but its for me its really frustrating.

Where are you next going on holiday?

Around the world, literally. Myself and Ryan, a friend are going to cycle more than 18,000 miles around the world raising money and awareness for Cancer Research UK in the process.
