Two lanes closed on M4 in Newport
UPDATE 8.21am: All lanes have now reopened.
TWO lanes are closed and queueing traffic is reported on the M4 in Newport because of a broken down car.
The incident is on the eastbound stretch between J28 at Tredegar Park and J27 at Highcross.
