Broken down vehicle causes M4 delays
Queueing traffic is reported on the M4 due to a broken down vehicle.
The disruption is on the eastbound stretch between J25 at Caerleon and J24 at the Coldra.
Congestion is extending to J29 although all lanes have been re-opened.
