Broken down van closes M4 lane in Newport
ONE lane closed and traffic is busy due to a broken down van on the M4 in Newport.
The obstruction is on the westbound stretch between J27 at Highcross and J28 at Tredegar Park.
The lane is closed to allow the van to have a tyre change.
