UNCLE Sam’s American Circus has arrived in Blackwood.
This years show features 60 performers in over 15 acts, which range from ‘the wheel of death’ to Zulu warriors, thunderball riders to the traditional trapeze and juggling acts.
The circus, which does not use animals, has brought its big top to Blackwood Showfield, after a four-year absence, where it will entertain the crowds over the weekend.
Ringmaster Paul Martinez said: “The audience can expect a really good show, providing entertainment for all the family.”
Shows take place at 5pm and 7.30pm tonight and on Saturday at 1.30pm, 4pm and 6.30pm, with final performances on Sunday at 2pm and 4.30pm.
Tickets are from the ticket office on the Showfield between 9.30am and 8pm and cost £16 children and £17 adults. Discount vouchers are available.
