A CALDICOT business will supply fudge favours to the delegates at this week's Nato conference.
The Fudge Fairy's Sweet Shop, owned by Helen Beveridge, has been chosen to supply fudge as part of a welcoming package produced by the Celtic Manor for delegates around the world. The shop on Chepstow Road supplies retro sweets and produces various fudge flavours including cherry bakewell and white chocolate and vanilla.
Mrs Beveridge, 48, has been running the shop for the past four years, said: "It will give the delegates a taste of Wales and my fudge. It is very exciting and a huge honour for me.
"I was approached by No 10, I think it's excellent for small businesses in South Wales to showcase their produce to the world and fantastic for locally sourced suppliers."
