TWO Newport teenagers presented a petition bearing 10,500 signatures to the mayor. The petition was requesting better entertainment facilities in the town.

RESIDENTS of Castleton were demanding new road signs and a speed limit, after a road traffic accident claimed three lives. It was recorded as the third fatal road accident in the area in a year.
