THREE people were treated by paramedics after a bin lorry tipped over in Llanvaches today.
Paramedics were called to Millbrook Lane at 9.18am after the lorry crashed and trapped two people.
Two people were taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital in Newport with what a Wales Ambulance Service spokeswoman said were minor injuries.
Firefighters from Malpas, Maindee and Avonmouth cut them out after the South Wales Fire and Rescue Service was called at 9.29am. They had left by 9.59am.
Another person was treated and discharged at the scene.
