A man has come forward, after a public appeal by British Transport Police about an incident onboard a Cardiff to Chester train in March.
The 28-year-old man, from Usk, will be interviewed by officers in due course.
Sergeant Philip Hyatt said: “I would like to thank the members of the public who came forward with information as it has proved very useful in furthering our investigation. I would also like to thank the local media for publicising this appeal.”
