Man exposes himself to two women on Newport path

Two women were walking onto Allt Yr Yn View from the direction of the canal when they were approached by a man on an off road motorbike at around 3.30pm.

The man called then over and exposed himself. He then made off down the lane towards the canal.

The man is described as being white, in his late 20s, and of large build. He was wearing a black helmet with the visor up and a navy blue jumper. The off road bike was black and had no number plates.
