THE trial of a Newport woman accused of the attempted murder of two children has been adjourned for four weeks.
Sadie Jenkins, 28, of no fixed abode, pleaded not guilty to two charges of attempted murder of a baby and a child at a property in Newport in May 2014.
She was due to start trial on Monday, April 27 but Honourable Mrs Justice Sue Carr today adjourned her trial until Monday, May 18.
Jenkins was remanded in custody and will appear at Cardiff Crown Court for trial on May 18.
