PUPILS at Maindee Primary School interviewed the three little pigs as part of a journalism project last week.
Year 3 pupils at the school re-enacted the story of the three little pigs as part of a project for their English lesson. The class of 18 pupils conducted interviews and filmed each other reporting on the story.
Pupils dressed up as the three little pigs, the wolf and members of the public. They produced the outfits and microphones for the interviews.
They also took their own photos and will all produce a newspaper article this week.
Claire Burton, student teacher of Year 3, said: "They have all really enjoyed it. They loved the role playing and learning what a journalist has to do to put together the news we read every day.
"It a great experience for them to learn skills which could help them in the work place."
