SCENE: Emergency services and the air ambulance on Constable Drive in Newport
THE 23-year-old quad biker injured in an accident in St Julian's on Sunday is in a critical but stable condition in hospital, police have said.
He was hurt after a collision between his bike and a stationary vehicle on Constable Drive and was airlifted to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff.
