A 25-YEAR-OLD man has sustained injuries to his face during an assault in Chepstow.
Gwent Police is appealing for information following the incident which took place on Thomas Street in Chepstow, near the bus station, at 1.55am on April 12.
The man from Coleford sustained injuries to his face and upper body. He was taken to the Royal Gwent Hospital for treatment and has since been released.
Officers are keen to identify the two men and the vehicle which is possibly a Mercedes and its owner, pictured in these CCTV stills.
The first man is described as being white, with a pale complexion, about 23 years old, around 5 ft 6 tall and of stocky build. He was wearing a red flat cap.
The second man is described as being white , about 23 years old, around 6 ft tall and of skinny build. He had light short hair and was wearing what is believed to have been a white t-shirt.
