Firefighters tackle Newport grass fires
FIREFIGHTERS in Newport tackled two deliberate grass in the city on Thursday night.
A Malpas crew was called at 7.57pm to a grass fire in the Allt Yr Yn area, while a crew from Maindee fought a blaze near allotments in St Julians after being called at 8.48pm.
