BLAINA fire station will be up for auction next month following its closure earlier this year.
The former Blaina Fire Station was declared surplus at the June 8 2015 fire authority meeting and will be put up for auction by Auction House on July 8.
A fire service spokeswoman said: “Members also approved the disposal strategy for the property which aims to achieve a fair market value on the most advantageous terms possible.“
On this basis the property is for sale via auction, which is due to take place on the July 8 2015 at 5pm at Parc Golf Club Newport.”
An Auction House spokesman said the property will have a guide price of £20,000 to £30,000.
