Fire service dealt with 51 'deliberate' grass fires in June
THE South Wales Fire and Rescue Service has dealt with 51 deliberate grass fires in the Gwent area this month.
A spokeswoman for the service said that since June 1 crews have tackled 15 grass fires in Blaenau Gwent, seven in Newport, five in Torfaen, two in Monmouthshire and 22 in Caerphilly.
