One lane blocked on M4 in Newport as lorry loses wheels
ONE lane is blocked on the M4 eastbound lane and very slow traffic reported due a to broken down lorry at J26 in Malpas.
The dedicated slip lane to J26 is blocked for a short stretch by the incident, in which the lorry has lost two of its rear wheels.
Despite the obstruction, traffic is still able to leave the motorway at the junction although congestion is stretching back to J28 at Tredegar Park.
