NEWPORT Live, the charitable trust that runs the city's leisure centres, is reminding people they have just 10 days left to claim free unlimited use of its facilities for five days.
The offer, which ends on Christmas Eve, gives free unlimited use of the five gyms and four swimming pools the trust operates at Newport Centre, Newport International Sports Village at Spytty and the Active Living Centre at Bettws.
The gym offer also includes a free one-to-one consultation with a fitness trainer.
Newport Live's free five-day trial also includes group fitness classes, indoor and outdoor tennis, table tennis and badminton.
The not for profit distribution trust, which is a registered charity, took over the running of leisure centres and sports facilities in Newport from the city council in April.
At the International Sports Village, it runs the Velodrome, the swimming and tennis centre, and Newport Stadium's athletics and football facilities.
Newport Live also runs the Riverfront Theatre as well as exhibition and entertainment services at the Newport Centre.
For more details on the free five-day trial offer and how to claim it before December 24, log on to newportlive.co.uk/freetrial
