GWENT Photographic Society is a members operated group of like-minded, enthusiastic photographers of mixed skill levels.
The Argus is showcasing the work of the society throughout the summer and this week society members have captured historic Gwent.
The society have an Improvers and Advanced group who attend their venue Rivermead Centre, Rogerstone.
They hold presentations, practicals and competitions on a monthly basis and encourage all members to take part. They also compete with other local clubs within the Welsh Photographic Federation.
A spokesman said: “We feel very privileged to support the South Wales Argus with our images of Wales showing its diverse beauty of landscapes and culture and hope readers appreciate the efforts made.
