BREACH: Richard Soper
GWENT Police are appealing for information to help locate Richard Soper, 35, who has breached his licence conditions following his release from prison in July.
He received a one year and two month prison sentence for burglary and is known to have links to the Cwmbran and Newport area.
After breaching the conditions of his licence, Soper has been released to prison and anyone with information regarding his whereabouts should call the police on 101 quoting log number 47 03/09/16 or Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
