Delays on A48 following three vehicle crash
TRAFFIC is partially blocked in the A48 Eastern Avenue in St Mellons because of a crash involving three vehicles.
There's queuing traffic westbound between the A48 J29 junction and the exit for Pontprennau.
There's also very slow traffic on the A48 Eastern Avenue in St Mellons eastbound because of people slowing to look at the crash.
