APPEAL: Street view of Hillside Road in Pontypool
OFFICERS are appealing for witnesses following the burglary of an elderly resident's home in Pontypool.
It was reported that a man entered the home of an elderly resident on Hillside Road while they were present just after 7pm on Monday, September 19.
The resident alerted a neighbour and the offender made off through the back door. A spokeswoman for Gwent Police said the resident was not harmed.
