Fencing and refuse fire in Newport
FENCING and refuse caught fire in Newport on Monday night.
Firefighters from Duffryn were called to Chaffinch Way at 10pm.
A spokeswoman for South Wales Fire and Rescue said that the fire was deliberate and added that youths were spotted at the scene.
