Am arrest warrant has been issued for Lawrence Seivwright, aged 31, of Newport.
POLICE have appealed for help to find a Newport man who did not turn up at court last month.
Lawrence Seivwright, aged 31, was due to appear at Newport Magistrates Court on Tuesday, September 13.
But he did not show up and a warrant has now been issued for his arrest.
