DAY OUT: New Beginnings social group trip to the Senedd
GROUP: New Beginnings social group visited the Senedd on Tuesday May 16.
We had an interesting tour around the building with our delightful guide Gareth and a warm welcome from both Newport AM’s Jayne Bryant and John Griffiths.
After a visit to the cafe we were able to view ‘Questions to the First Minister’, Carwyn Jones.
Jayne Bryant visited New Beginnings in February to tell us about her work and invited us for a return visit.
New Beginnings group meets fortnightly on Thursday s at Cefn Wood Baptist Church Hall from 1pm to 3pm.
The June meetings will be Thursdays 1, 15 and 29. Everyone is assured a warm welcome.
