This week's shed is the My Day My Life shed based in the former Overmonnow Family Learning Centre in Monmouth.
Since moving to Overmonnow last September My Day My Life staff and service users have transformed the community garden so it is now flourishing with a variety of vegetables, fruits and herbs.
These have been mostly grown from seed and nurtured in the existing poly tunnel and greenhouse.
Service users have sold courgettes, beetroot, peppers and onions and made tasty jam from raspberries and strawberries.
The dilapidated garden shed was restored after service users decided they wanted a brighter outlook.
They painted it in different coloured stripes and the floor was renovated with flagstones donated from neighbours.
The My Day My Life programme helps people to enjoy a good life by providing support to connect with their community, build relationships and pursue their interests.
My Day My Life operates from hubs in Abergavenny, Monmouth, Chepstow (via Chepstow Mencap) and Usk (via Usk Adult Skills Centre). Find out more at www.facebook.com/MDMLAbergavenny.
