THE Capital Investment Board is responsible for scrutinising all NHS Wales building projects to make sure they meet a range of criteria that makes them suitable for Assembly funding.
Business cases submitted by NHS trusts across Wales must be considered by the board, which includes health minister Edwina Hart and NHS Wales director Ann Lloyd among its members.
