WILLIAM Graham, Conservative AM for South Wales East, said he strongly supports Sparkle Appeal and the concept of a South Gwent Children's Centre.
And Mr Graham is backing the call for the Capital Investment Board to approve the £5.9m funding bid next week.
"I've backed the centre from the beginning and I'm delighted to be associated with the idea," he said.
"This project has the potential to help so many disabled children and their families, and a tremendous amount of hard work has gone into it."
